WHAT IS PIRPUR REPORT.? [ CSS/PMS/FPSC/PPSC]

Pirpur report was regarding the crimes and cruelties committed by Congress ministers against the Muslim community during their rule. A committee comprising Raja syed Muhammad Mehdi of Pirpur, Syed Taqi Hadi, Syed Ashraf Ahmad, Maulvi Abdul Ghani, Syed zaker Ali and Mian Ghias-Ud-din was constituted.

The members of the committee visited six provinces of Madras, Bombay, UP, CP, Bihar and Orissa and analyzed the condition of areas. In November 15, 1938,the committee presented its report which was consisting of 96 pages.

According to this Pirpur report, during the congress Ministries, all types of crimes were committee against Muslims. They were deprived from their rights; for instance,) slaughtering of cows was prohibited, Azan in mosques was banned, Congress flag was hoisted in the schools of Muslims. Worshiping of Gandhi picture was made compulsory for the Muslim Children.
